Payment Methods
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, PayPal, or Bank Check.
We also accept POs from schools, libraries, churches, etc. ArsaToys reserves the right to decline any PO orders if the customer cannot be verified as a legitimate organization.
Cancellation
No Problem. Just call or email us with your order information before your order ships and we will cancel your order for you.
Credit cards are only "Authorized" and not charged when you place your order. Your credit card is only charged when we process the order.
Orders that ship direct from the manufacturer (drop ship) can only be cancelled if the drop shipper is able to stop the shipment before it is picked up by the carrier.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly take the item back for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition in the original box with all documentation, packaging and warranty information included. The original box also MUST be unmarked and undamaged. Items returned damaged or with original packaging damaged or removed will be refused. Once the original item is returned, your credit card will be credited for the amount you originally paid for items minus actual shipping and handling costs. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs (both ways). Please allow one week for processing your return after we have received it.
How To Make a Return:
* Carefully pack items to be returned. The original shipping box can be used if it is still in good condition. If the box is not in good condition, please use another box.
* Place a copy of your invoice or email confirmation inside the box.
* Please include your reason for the return.
* Properly seal the box.
* We prefer returns to be shipped by Fedex.

Shipping Rates
We ship your entire order (Regular Ground Shipping) for a flat rate of $7.95
*. This is per order and to one shipping address.
*Most over-sized orders (furniture, puppet theaters, etc) will have additional charges applied before checkout. Smaller items ordered in LARGE numbers will sometimes require an over-sized charge after the order is placed. We will contact you before processing your order if over-sized charges are needed.

- 2nd Day Air Shipping is calculated by dimensional weight and Fedex shipping rates.
- 3 Day Express Shipping is calculated by dimensional weight and Fedex shipping rates.
Shipping Information
Customer Responsibility
We ship to the address provided by the customer. If the shipping address is incorrect, someone else will receive your shipment. Customers are responsible for retrieving any packages shipped to an incorrectly provided address. Incorrect addresses provided by the customer that result in charges to ArsaToys will be subject to additional shipping charges passed on to the customer.
If a package is cancelled or refused after it has already shipped, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs to the intended destination and return to the warehouse.
All Drop Ship items (Direct from the Manufacturer): There is a 15% restocking fee for any return or cancellation on these items once order is processed. Customer will be responsible for all costs related to return or cancellation.
Delivery
Items shipping from our inventory are normally delivered in 1 to 7 business days depending on destination. If we receive an order before 12PM EST, it usually will ship the same day (for items with availability marked: Ships Next Business Day. Most orders ship Fedex Ground, but we also will use UPS and other shipping companies depending on the order.
Orders shipped direct from manufacturers ship separately from our our in-stock items. Items shipping direct from manufacturers will normally be delivered in 3 to 10 business days after your order is placed.
Fedex does not ship to P.O. boxes or deliver on weekends. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
If ArsaToys ships a wrong item (not what the customer ordered), we pay for all shipping costs related to that item.
Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. Territories
We ship to these locations via United States Postal Service. Items which are heavy or over-sized require extra shipping charges.

International Shipping
We ship to the UK and Australia via USPS Priority Mail International. PayPal is the preferred payment method for international orders. No Purchase Orders are accepted outside of the United States. Orders are shipped Parcel Post 4-10 Days. If an order is over-sized and shipping costs need to be adjusted, we will contact you before shipping. Also, if an item is over-sized and shipping direct from a manufacturer, we will contact you if it is not possible to ship or there needs to be an adjustment to the shipping cost.
Damaged Shipments
If you receive a damaged shipment, please call ArsaToys within 5 days after delivery so we can place a claim with the shipping company. We will assist customers by replacing damaged item(s).
Secure Online Ordering
All of our orders are processed through secure shopping cart services provided by Netsuite. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to scramble credit card information between the customer's web browser and the Netsuite server.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. ArsaToys does not sell or distribute any customer information to third parties. Manufacturers that are shipping direct to the customer will be provided with information for shipping purposes only.
Warranties
Manufacturers are responsible for all warranties on their products. ArsaToys will assist customers with any warranty issues.
KidKraft Warranty: All KidKraft merchandise has 120 day replacement warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
